As the launch for L’Officiel Hommes nears, we uncover four Autumn fragrances for men that will take you on a olfactory journey from Corsica, to Southern Italy’s Mediterranean Gaunts to wild woods of Eastern Africa.
SISLEY EAU D’IKAR
Created for an adventurous and romantic man, this fragrance is rich in natural essences, it is vibrant and inspired by the courage of feelings and desire for freedom.The bottle was designed by Polish sculptor Bronislaw Krzysztof and his name evokes poetic aspiration: the deep human desire to fly.
The scent is built entirely around notes of mastic tree, an evergreen shrub of the Mediterranean vegetation that grows in Corsica, birthplace of the d’Ornano family who owns Sisley for three generations and also it took them more than thirty years’ to create the first men’s fragrance Sisley Maison,
Mastic is present in the top notes which perfectly complements the essence of lemon, bitter orange and carrot seed. A combination of iris, jasmine, white tea and other herbs and spices, develop the sensual and seductive notes of Mastic heart. woody notes of sandalwood and vetiver in the base, are combined with amber and gray tones to accompany the absolute Mastic’s soft and warm notes.
Ermenegildo Zegna ACQUA DI BERGAMOTTO eau de toilette
This refreshing fragrance celebrates Italy and the typical aromas of the Mediterranean gaunts.
The composition exudes vibrant notes and hints of Italian herbs and citrus, dominated neroli with the aromatic scent of bitter orange blossom, enriched by rosemary, typical of the coast of southern Italy. Inspired by the Mediterranean Sea, the aromatic freshness of the composition is provided by marine savory notes.
The middle notes are identified by the dominant presence of the exclusive Bergamot Zegna.
One of the rare fixative essences extracted from the plant world, the essential oil of vetiver, plays a primary role as a base note.
ISSEY MIYAKE L’EAU D’ISSEY POUR HOMME eau de toilette fraîche.
In 1994, Issey Miyake created L’Eau d’Issey pour Homme. Steadily, it has emerged as a brand symbol of elegance, unique in the world of men’s fragrances.
