Nearly year after leaving 30 avenue Montaigne, and after months of suspense while the creative musical chair continued at Dior’s counterparts, Raf Simons joined the house of Calvin Klein as its new Chief Creative Officer/Creative Director as a part of Calvin Klein’s new creative vision to unify all of its sub brands.
He will oversee all ready-to-wear lines, from womenswear to menswear through the range CK Jeans.
Led since 2003 by Francisco Costa and Italo Zucchelli, Calvin Klein has become a benchmark for chic and versatile tailoring. The label created in 1968 today begins a new direction by offering the services of a laying of poetic brutalism.
Raf Simons will unveil his first collection during Fashion Spring-Summer 2017, in February.
