How would you describe your personal fashion taste?
My personal taste is evolving at the moment, bright vibrant – expressive and gives ‘Queen Energy’!
Let’s talk about your podcast, why did you want to start it?
I felt that I had already been sharing my story on my social platforms, a big thing for my brand is connecting with people .Wanted to connect with people on things to let them know your stories are unique and to celebrate them.

What would you like people to learn and takeaway from getting to know you?
Confidence, positivity, being yourself is ok, and that’s the best thing you can do. You deserve to love yourself and are worthy!

How did you begin your career as an influencer?
Began in 2017 after a heartbreak, wanted to do something to get me back to myself. Started my blog in search of community and like-minded people and moved it to Instagram which included infinity for life, fashion and food. Once the pandemic hit when everyone was alone, I wanted to put myself fully out there, in hopes to connect with others and here I am in 2023.

How does your origin impact your career today?
I have been exposed to powerful, strong women who are influencing my culture, something that pushes me every day. Seeing my Mother, Grandmother my Aunties who all are trying their hardest to instill power which I utilize in my career to empower women!
Who is your fashion inspiration, where do you get inspiration from in general?
Women called @aureta on Instagram, the way she mixes colors and luxury, fabrics, textures and shapes. That is how I want to dress, living life in color. African brands have a lot of colors, and growing up a lot of color!

What are some goals you’re looking to achieve before 2023 over?
Podcast to experience in a real space, not just digital, cover of magazine, want to have a tangible product where they use in their own life that they can experience the self-love etc.

What are your daily affirmations you say to yourself to get your day started?
One I do a lot throughout the day is “your safe, your loved and you’re going places”.

Michelle Obama, fabulous all around!
What is something you would tell your younger self?
Just do it, don’t be afraid. Being afraid stopped be from experiencing life, finding myself and meeting people!
