Open an issue of L’Officiel and you will notice each section is introduced on a background featuring the work of an artist, designer or illustrator. The July/August issue showcased sublime paintings by Sydney-based Eloise Rapp.

 

Meet Sydney-based art director, product developer, textile and graphic designer Eloise Rapp.  She loves beauty in its purest form: unusual colours, evocative prints and gorgeous textures, as seen in her scarf label, Rapp. Starting out at 18, she’s developed products for a toy company, graduated from UTS fashion design with honours, worked as a WGSN trend forecaster, lectured at universities and is a part-time designer for the Ken Done studio.
